Job Description :

To define and Implement of Lean Manufacturing Systems in Fabrication Processes.
To Optimize the Throughput Time & Man Hrs. for Capacity Enhancement & Productivity Improvements.
Facilitate Infrastructure & Process development to meet Internal Customer requirements.
To conduct regular Process Study and Std.Time updation in SAP with Improvements.
To develop process automation in Fabrication & Welding processes.
To improve & facilitate process Jigs & Welding Fixture, Positioners & Manipulators
To improve Process by doing Method & work Study for Continuous improvements with Cost Savings.
To Facilitate and Improve Assembly Layout Design for better Process & Product flow.
Capacity planning, Manpower requirement planning with CAPEX projections requirements.
Process Control Documents of SOP & PFC preparation.
To implement 5S & TQM Systems towards improvements & Standardization.
To define & Implement the Ergonomics Safety process with Production Requirement

Skills Required :

Jigs, Welding Fixture, Positioners & Manipulators exposure. 1 Knowledge in Heavy & Structural Fabrication & welding processes.
5 to 6 Years’ Experience in Mfg. Field 2 Fabrication & Welding Automation projects
Knowledge in 5S & TQM processes 3 Layout Design with Autocad system
Projects Handling & Time line execution 4 SAP Process & MS office working skills
Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering 5 Good in Communication & Presentation Skills
Hands on experience with Heavy Fabrication & Welding Processes. 6 Upgrade process Facilities & ROI Methodology
