Sr. Engineer/Deputy Manager – MU – 020

Job Description :- Work on real-time control development for various automotive domains, including powertrain, body control, vehicle dynamics, energy management, Vehicle control unit, etc.
- Develop embedded software in C for both RTOS and bare metal environments.
- Perform hardware bring-up, code optimization, and system debugging.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety integrity levels.
- Understand and apply RTOS concepts like booting, scheduling algorithms, memory management, resource distribution, power management, etc.
- Apply technical safety concepts such as RAM test, ROM test, Lockstep, CPU test, MPU, and OS configurations (preferred).
- Utilize experience with 16/32-bit MCUs from NXP, TI, Renesas, Microchip, etc., with different MCU architectures.
- Work with communication protocols such as CAN(-FD), J1939, UDS, Automotive Ethernet, SPI, UART, I2C.
- Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of issues in integration, release-testing, and deployment of Classic AUTOSAR stack into use cases.
- Work with AUTOSAR Classic and BSW stack configuration, and perform code generation using tools such as EB Tresos and Vector DaVinci.
- Contribute to AUTOSAR-compliant Auto Code Generation process using Embedded Coder/TargetLink.
- Implement and optimize Controller Area Network (CAN) communication protocols for seamless data exchange within the vehicle's network.
- Develop and integrate Basic Software (BSW) modules to enhance the functionality and performance of the Vehicle Control Unit.
- Implement Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and Inter-Integrated Circuit (I2C) communication protocols for efficient data transfer between embedded systems.
- Implement diagnostic-level coding for effective fault detection and resolution in collaboration with the vehicle's diagnostic systems.
- Design and develop User Interface (UI) elements for diagnostic-level coding, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient visualization of system diagnostics.
- Good working knowledge in SDLC. Familiarity with Autosar architecture, Functional Safety, and FMEA.
- Proficient in Model Based Development and Validation in Automotive Domain B, 2 to 4 years of Experience in MATLAB, Simulink, State flow and Embedded C, C.
- Good knowledge in Validation: Model in Loop, Software in Loop F, Test automation using MATLAB-scripting, Python, or any scripting language, Knowledge on SDLC.
- Extensive experience with Vector CAN Tools (CANalyzer, CANoe), Ethernet tools, Emulators, Debuggers, and Compilers.
