Senior Engineer – In Process Quality – PR – 009

Job Description :

Able to manage entire process in assembly (Sub assembly to Final PDI clearance)
Develop and implement SOP and testing Procedures
Able to conduct process audit and validation for In house process
Monitor and analyze key assembly related issues and take corrective actions.
Reducing the line rejection and customer complaints related to assembly process
Ensure comprehensive documentation and reporting of all aspects
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Create and distribute monthly assembly related quality reports
Experience on 8D Step (or) QC story of Problem solving
Knowledge on ISO 9001: 2015 Requirements

Skills Required :

4-5 Years of experience in assembly quality department in any manufacturing industry
Problem solving techniques (Kaizen, QC Story, 8D)
SOP, Control Plan
SAP QM Knowledge
ISO 9001: 2015 Requirements
MS-office Advance level
Need to be worked in Heavy equipment
industry (OR) Tier 01 supplier to automobile industry
