Job Description :

To develop vendor’s to meet the global quality standards
Revie the vendor reports on a timely basis ( RM purchase and in-process reports )
Develop QAP against the drawing inputs to meet the design specifications
Inspect and clear the day to day produced components
Review the manufacturing the process on a daily basis and improve the quality to meet the standards
Review the special process i.e welding, painting and ensure the process adherence
Ensure the parts are packed in a recommended practise and loaded as per the PO requirements
Ensure the parts are lashed properly to avoid the transit damages
Review the customer complaints and implement the permanent action on time
Provide the job completion report to HO on a timely basis
Ensure the special process performers capability and train them to adhere the quality requirements

Skills Required :

Experience: 4 to 9 Yaers

Qualification: BE /Diploma -Mech
