Manager – Sales Operations
Department : Marketing and Sales
Job Description :- Responsible for driving sales operation activities pertaining to sales proposals preparation, commercials, order processing, order fulfilment, Logistics, CRM and complete sales Analytics
- Responsible to design / update of Sales operations procedures, pricing policy as per business requirement for optimal functioning and driving efficiency in sales process.
- Responsible for reviewing the sales pipeline data ongoing basis and validate the same with Sales & operation plan driving efficient order fulfilment initiatives in collaboration with Operations (Planning team) and provide timely updates to customers / sales team on despatch schedules.
- Ensure proper and efficient vendor management pertaining to logistics for uninterrupted movement of Finished goods to customers as per agreed sales terms.
- Drive sales receivables activity in collaboration with Sales team leads for executed sales orders and ensure timely disbursement of commission based to dealers and validate commission data for employees after proper due-diligence in collaboration with Finance & HR.
- Ensure timely release of proposals in SAP in coordination internal sales team as per SoP, commercial documentation & finalisation for all sales orders.
- Drive sales analytics process and provided insights and follow-up actions on critical sales parameters to management on ongoing basis and ensure implementation of agreed actions in consultation with Sales & Marketing Head.
- Ensure empanelment of bankers based on business need in collaboration with Finance for on time renewal of MoUs based on business requirements.
- Ensure timely disbursement of payment to vendors after proper validation of bills for inline with Contract / MoU.
- Responsible for design and implementation of sales CRM by capturing the business requirements an implement the same with support of IT.
- Drive various customer engagement initiatives in collaboration sales & Marketing team i.ecustomer experience survey, expectation survey, process hygiene survey and provide insights for enhancing customer experience.
- Analyse “Lost orders” and share the insights with the relevant stakeholders to take corrective actions.
- Ensure continuous development of employees for addressing future business needs and motivate them to carry out their required responsibilities.
- Enable team members to perform better by providing timely feedback, conducting structured performance development reviews, setting clear KRAs and providing need-based support.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in sales operation role.
