To Produce, deliver the Fabricated parts as per customer requirements with quality competitive cost
Improving profitability and optimizing operational efficiency.
To identify & develop the Basic system
To improve the quality of the Fabricated parts as per Standards & customer requirements
To apply the lean techniques in shop floor
To maintain accident free shop floor
To enhance Employee participation in the Continuous improvement
Production Tonnage Adherence
To reduce consumable cost/Kg
To maintain the work life balance of employees
