Job Description :- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings, improve quality, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for goods and services.
- Conduct market research and supplier assessments to identify potential vendors, evaluate their capabilities, and maintain a qualified supplier base.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and service level agreements (SLAs) to drive continuous improvement and resolve any issues or disputes
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain procurement metrics and KPIs to track performance, measure cost savings, and report on key procurement metrics to stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to streamline procurement processes, standardize procedures, and leverage economies of scale across the organization.
- Stay abreast of best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends in strategic sourcing and procurement to enhance departmental effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support procurement-related projects, such as supplier consolidation, supplier diversity initiatives, and sustainability programs, as assigned by management.
