We decide on the type of packing by considering the material weight, the type of product being shipped and the location.
At Propel, we use 7 ply corrugated boxes and milky white self-adhesive tape which gives the necessary finish to the product.
We always mark shipment details on the top side of our packages.
We also use quality wooden box and pallet for heavy items like conveyor roller, machined casting and motor groups.
We have devised a method to ensure that products arrive safely at the customers’ site.
All our packages have proper handling instructions like ‘This way up’, ‘Fragile handle with care’ and ‘Keep Dry’.
A copy of packing list is placed in a water-proof envelope and is fixed on the package. The ‘materials inspected’ marks are ensured before packaging.
