Laser Tonnage/head improvement
To improve the On time closure of Production order
Cut plates tonnage Adherence
Laser cutting CCSM Complaints pending > 7 days
Laser cutting Incidents
Laser cutting Employee Participation - Kaizen
Staff shift schedule planning with manager approval
Physical Stock vs SAP stock monitoring and reducing
Machine maintenance
Man power handling with shift allocation
Deburring section managing
RM stock monitoring on daily basis
New supplier identification (If required)
Laser Consumables monitoring
OP Laser cutting

Skills Required :

Minimum 5 years of Experience in Laser machine shop
Lean Techniques
Auto CAD, Solid works
Problem solving
SAP
Team Management

Job Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 5-7 years

Qualification: B.E/DIP - Mechanical
