P Dhanabal, who works for the IT department says that the new products being introduced into the market at regular intervals is the main reason for the company’s exponential growth.
“I have grown along with the company. I joined at a junior level and now I am designated as the deputy manager. I thank the management for their constant motivation which has helped me achieve this,” says Dhanabal.
Dhanabal wishes that his department stays constantly updated with the current trends. He reveals that his focus will be on Artificial intelligence this year.
M. Muthumani of the Marketing department shares her thoughts thus – “Propel Industries has a secured work environment which makes me very comfortable. I attribute consistent and continued scaling up of processes and systems for Propel’s success. We are quick to respond to market demands and we capture new markets too. For my department, I wish that order generation is automated and 100% customer satisfaction is achieved.”
M Sivaganesh of the Quality Assurance department vouches for the quality of Propel products. “I think our success is because of the leadership qualities of our MD. His approach to success and failures needs to be imbibed. My goal for my department is to produce defect-free products.”
U Senthilkumar of R and D department says that consistency in introducing new products is the main reason for Propel’s growth, not forgetting the hardwork and dedication of the employees. “I feel proud to be a part of Propel because it had become a 100 Million dollar company from scratch within a short span of time. I am nurturing a goal for my department which is to develop an entirely new innovative patented product which is useful for the society, of course with the able support of my team,” says Senthilkumar.
So, what is the message of these seniors who are stepping into Propel team?
Sivaganesh insists on risk identification in routine work and to mitigate the same as soon as possible to improve the product’s quality and safety. Senthilkumar insists on new comers being open to knowledge sharing. Dhanabal also backs Senthilkumar on knowledge sharing while also stressing on team work.
Muthumani says it is important to focus on key performance indicators for the growth of the individual.
