When Dharti Quarry Works Private Limited first started its aggregate operations in Gujarat, locally made crushers delivered around 400-500 tons per day. Today, the company runs three Propel crushing and screening plants with a combined output of approximately 7,000 -8,000 tons per day - a transformation that didn't happen by accident.

Production Performance: The Numbers
According to Dharti Quarry Works, one of its Propel plants has achieved production of approximately 2,500-3,000 tons per day.
Across its three Propel plants, the company currently achieves approximately 7,000-8,000 tons per day, according to the customer testimonial.

Quarry Feed → Primary Crushing → Secondary Crushing → Screening → Tertiary Crushing → Final Screening → Classified Aggregates
- 1. Raw quarry material enters the Propel AVJ 811 V2 Jaw Crusher for primary size reduction.
- 2. The crushed material moves to the Propel AVC 250 Cone Crusher for secondary crushing.
- 3. The material is screened through the Propel MVS 2060 Vibrating Screen for size classification.
- 4. Material requiring further processing passes through the Propel AVVI 200 VSI for tertiary crushing and shaping.
- 5. The processed material undergoes final screening through the second MVS 2060 Vibrating Screen.
- 6. The final products are separated according to the required aggregate sizes.
