Job Description :

Achieving Monthly Production as per the mapped capacity plan for electrical.
Creation of Periodic MIS for electrical (Weekly Production Report, NC Report, Consumption Report Coverage Report).
Maintaining quality standards for in plant production shop floor, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective action through Customer complaints.
Hands on experience in Preparing & adhere to Control plan, SOP, Process flow, Checklists in the production shopfloor for Equipment.
Attending to electrical failures ensuring execution of CAPA to overcome the failure
Ability/willing to learn about the operations &Testing of Machines.
Must be able to provide Electrical technical trainings & Knowledge transfer to the team members/Operators
Should be able to work with Cross functional teams (Purchase, Design, Mechanical, service, Quality)
Must be able to support Service team and vendors.
Handling of Man Power, Shift management, work allocation and Electrical work supervision. Willing to work in shifts
Thorough Knowledge of Electrical Assembly Control Panels, Machine wirings & Switchgears.
Drive the production along with Effective Continuous Process Improvements
Maintaining of 5’s activity, Kaizen, to ensuring safety, discipline, productivity in the shop floor
ERP/SAP Knowledge is Must.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel /Word/ Power Point).
