Grizzly Feeder
Propel Grizzly units are designed for high capacities in primary / secondary feeding applications. It is suitable for feeding blasted rocks and mineral ores to primary crushers. The heavily constructed main frames, reinforced with large beams, supports feeder through to withstand the substantial impact loads normally encountered under the truck – dump hoppers.
- Cost – effective low profile.
- Manganese steel Replaceable Grizzly Bars.
- Cartridge type scalp screen for effective scalp and bypass material to relieve the crusher.
- Exposed areas are covered with high wear resistant replaceable wear liners.
- Compact and low height construction
- Feeder trough fitted with liner plates against wear and tear.
- Stroke length can be adjusted by extra counter weights
- Stroke length / pattern can be facilitated by gear wheel transmission arrangement.
- Spring pedestals for inclination adjustment.
- Optional speed adjustment by V.K.D.
- Well designed feeder body, welded construction to give maximum impact capacity.
- Absence of piston contact with cylinder removes unnecessary friction and wear and tear of the cylinder
